The New York Times’ Wordlebot 2.0 recommends players use the word ‘SLATE’ or ‘LEAST’ as their starting word. The famous Massachusetts Institute of Technology (better know as MIT) recommends ‘SALET’, which you’ll notice uses the same letters as SLATE. Ultimately, the call is yours.
