Nothing is worse than trying to log in to your favorite game only to find that an error code or something else is preventing you from playing it. Though it has a massive user base, the Roblox servers aren’t perfect and don’t always keep up. If you’re noticing any issues connecting or playing the game, you might want to follow our steps below to see if Roblox is down right now.

Is Roblox Down Right Now?

As of 11:30 PM ET on Oct 21, Roblox is currently down for many users. The most recent update from the official status page was this morning, so it is clear the game has been having issues all day. Things started getting bad at roughly 10 AM ET but then calmed down until a new spike at noon.

Today’s highest number of reports was reached at 7:30 PM ET with 66,000 but is currently still sitting at a staggering 22,000. Considering problems have been plaguing Roblox all day, we will unlikely see a fix until tomorrow. However, we will monitor the situation and let you know if/when anything changes.

How to Check Roblox Server Status

You can check the server status by heading over to the Roblox server status page, which reports any instances of Degraded Performance or downtime.

You’re also likely receiving the error message “User Status May Not Be Up to Date” or Error Code 529 if the game is down. To be safe, check out our guides on fixing them. This is a good practice in case you see those errors and the Roblox issues aren’t necessarily widespread.
